Information For Librarians

We encourage research librarians, information specialists, and library managers to include the Journal of Geology and Mineral Resources (JGSM) in their electronic journal collections and library databases. Providing access to JGSM through library services will help broaden the dissemination of scientific knowledge and research findings in the fields of geo-sciences, geo-resources, geo-hazards, and geo-environments.

In addition, the open-source publishing platform used by JGSM may serve as a valuable reference for libraries and academic institutions interested in supporting or managing scholarly journal publishing. The system facilitates the entire editorial workflow, including manuscript submission, peer review, editorial management, and online publication.

JGSM is managed and published using Open Journal Systems (OJS), an open-source journal management and publishing platform widely used by academic and research institutions worldwide. (see Open Journal Systems).
